Introduction

Quick & easy without much attention! Quick & easy without much attention!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
    2 Eggs
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Can Pink Salmon
    Seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder & pepper)

Tips

Add a dash of tabasco sauce for a kick!!!


Directions

1) Open the can of Salmon & drain it
2) Place Salmon on a plate, remove bones and set to the side
3) Grab a bowl and mix in (eggs, bread crumbs & salmon)
4) Season (garlic powder, pepper & onion powder) other seasonings are optional
5) Form 6-9 patties
6) Turn fire on, place skillet on then pour Olive Oil on medium heat
7) Add patties once olive oil is heated
8) Flip as one side turns brown
9) Turn back over after other side is brown
10) Place paper towels on plate and set cooked patties on

Serving Size: 6-8 patties

    Substituted old fashioned rolled oats for bread crumbs and used 2 TBSPNS minced raw onion. Added ¼ cup real mayonnaise. Yum! - 1/1/19
