Ingredients

1 Can of Corn
1 Packet (1/4 C) Taco Seasoning
1 Tblsp. Chili Powder
1- 28 oz. Can of Diced Tomatoes
1- 15 oz. Can of Mexican Chili Beans
1- 15 oz. Can of Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained
1- 6 oz. Can of Tomato Paste
1- 6 oz. Water
3 Chicken Breasts (I used frozen)
Tips
Top with low fat sour cream and cheese if desired.
Directions
Put first 8 ingredients in your Crock Pot. Mix well. Dunk chicken breasts in mixture. Cook on low for 10 hours or high for 6. Remove chicken breasts from Crock Pot and shred. Put back into Crock Pot and let chicken absorb flavors for about 15 minutes.
