Ingredients

3/4 cup shortening (Crisco), softened
1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
3 cup quick oatmeal
1/2 cup Nestle Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Diamond Chopped Walnuts
1/4 cup fresh coconut shavings (bag type)
Tips
You can take out nuts, chocolate chips & coconut or add just the ones you want to make different cookies each time. Very easy & quick cookie.
Gets softer when stored in Tupperware container.
Directions
Beat shortening, sugars, egg, water & vanilla together until creamy. Sift together flour, salt & soda. Add to creamed mixture. Blend well. Stir in oats. Stir in Dark Chocolate Chips, Walnuts & Coconut Shavings.
Spray cookie sheet with flour spray , preheat oven to 350 degrees baked 12-15 min.
