Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    8 oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    8 oz cleaned medium fresh Shrimp (frozen ok)
    1 cup (8oz) Philadelphia Fat Free cream cheese
    1 cup (8oz) Chicken Broth
    10 oz Frozen brocolli
    1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 cloves garlic
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

COOK pasta as directed on package
MEANWHILE, heat large skillet or pat to medium-high heat.
Add cream cheese and chicken broth, cook stir 3 to 4 minutes until cream cheese is melted and mixture is blended well.
Add parmesan cheese, garlic and salt & pepper to taste.
Add shrimp and stir until cooked thru (if using frozen shrimp, until heated thru). Add broccoli and stir well.
DRAIN pasta; place in a large bowl.
Stir in shrimp mixture.

    This sounds really nice. I will be making it for dinner tomorrow. I'll come back & do a rating afterwards.

    It was very good, but I think I'll just grate the parmesan over the top in future - & use less of it. It made it awfully salty. But definitely a keeper.
