For the microwave this was awesome!! I substituted oats for bread crumbs and used egg whites instead and used everything else and it was delicious. I was in a hurry to make something asap and decided to try this and SATISFIED :) Was unsure of using the microwave but it worked and saved me time!!!! - 11/12/09

This was the best turkey meatloaf I have ever had. It was easy to cook, moist and the flavor was great. Even the members of my family who prefer ground beef over turkey enjoyed it. I followed the instructions exactly and it was a little salty for my tastes so next time I will lessen/omit the salt. - 11/8/13

Ugly but DELICIOUS. Egg whites instead of egg substitute; my ground turkey was less lean; oats instead of bread crumbs; minced garlic instead of garlic powder; added diced green bell pepper; cooked it for 3 extra mins. Can't wait to have leftovers. Don't forget to try it on a sandwich with mayo ;) - 4/8/12

This is an EXCELLENT recipe and a perfect addition to my weight loss nutrition regimen! I chickened out of the microwave prep and went with the oven at 350 for 40 minutes, but it was delicious! My roommate is an excellent cook and is very particular about what she eats and even SHE loved it! Thanks! - 4/19/11

I modified this with adding green & red peppers, chipotle hot sauce instead of worstershire sauce. Poured pureed tomatoes over the meatloaf and potatoes I cut up and put around the loaf. It was a good meal all in one dish. My husband LOVED it especially with ketchup. Wish it had a thick tomato sauce - 11/5/10
