Introduction

Brought To Your Kitchen From SparkPeople Member: LBBROCK195

"This is another easy, versatile recipe that I use often. I call for canned beans in my recipes, but I like the taste of home cooked beans. If you have a crock pot, there is no reason why you can't have home cooked beans too."

    Bad
This was a mushy wet mess with no flavor. My husband ate it because that's what he does, but I ended up eating a bowl of cold cereal/.
The texture was the worst. cold, hot, wet all on one plate. We won't be cooking this again.

you can add other ingredients to kick it up, just make sure you add it to the calorie counts. I prefer less chips so I can have it with more toppings, just enough for a slight crunch. - 4/23/09

I will try this; it sounds tasty, and I do love Tex-Mex food. I respect everyone's decision to choose, but I try to eat almost exclusively products that don't have additives. I will substitute non-fat Greek yogurt (yum!) for the fat-free sour cream. - 8/28/08
