I baked these instead of frying them to forgo the possibilities of using too much oil (which I am prone to do). Delicious! I also tossed it a bit of gluten to make them chewier. - 10/4/09

Oh yum...*closes eyes in bliss* Like the previous reviewer, I definitely didn't get to the frying stage...it was all I could do to put it on a plate and not eat it right out of the pan! Cheap, delicious, and definitely faster than 40 mins. (20mins, tops). College student approved! - 9/18/09

my mixture did not all clump together. so I added two cups cooked quinoa, and then fried in 1 T grapeseed oil. used chili powder instead of cajun, and also added a teaspoon of curry seasoning. so scrumptious! - 12/21/12

Delicious! They formed better patties after leaving them in the fridge overnight. My 2 year old enjoyed them too. - 7/24/14

    Very Good
Yum. Flavor is so good; the amt water can vary, depending on how watery the veggies are, how well tofu drained, My final glop, before forming into patties, to be too gooey. I added maybe 1/4 cup gluten free bread crumbs, but they still weren't firm enough and fell apart. Still will def make again - 5/23/14

    O.K.
I had issues getting this to form into patties. I added some whole wheat bread crumbs, but still had issues. Also, I didn't think they were spicy at all. Not sure I'll try these again. - 1/27/13

Could not get it to clump.... So added an egg and some flour.... That made it real nice... Ate it with garlic and dill yogurt sauce... Yum yum! - 3/2/12

I dropped the tofu, added a tsp of gluten free flour to pull it together and i used Moroccan spice in place of Cajun, yummy! - 2/11/12

Sooooo good! So, so, so, so good! I'm not a fan of cajun spices so we used Jamacin Jerk spice. Mmmmm..... - 1/29/12

I also had difficulty getting the ingredients to clump, but I blame my culinary ineptitude (I think my garlic and mushroom chunks were too big and I think my lentils were too watery). I just ate it like a stew. It was great! - 8/3/11

Yum! Perfect way to use lentils. I had to use a little less spice, but they were so yummy! Thanks so much! - 6/14/11

This is great. I couldn't get it to bind together to make patties with, so I just scooped it in a bowl to eat. It's very delicious. This will be a lunch staple. I LOVE the flavors. - 6/13/11

This didn't work for me at all. I followed the directions but it never "clumped together" so I put it in the food processor with some water and finished it up. - 4/20/10
