This was really good! I made it for the family so upped the recipe x5... I didn't have just parsley so used italian seasoning. Everyone liked it - even the kids! And, I was able to save a fillet for my lunch tomorrow. I'll definitely make this again! - 1/31/10

    Yummy yummy!
I used olive oil instead of butter, lemon pepper instead of juice and a two cheese blend of cheddar and mozzarella. My bread crumbs are a seasoned blend of roasted garlic and spices.
Very moist and tasty, definitely on my list for lots of repeats.

Delish! My husband and I loved this recipe. We love tilapia, but it ends up being mushy, but this recipe came out perfect. The broiling is a must! Love it! - 7/12/11

Made this last night, very nice. I have been looking for something different to do with Tilapia (not my favourite fish) and this was it. Hubby enjoyed it aswell. Served it with my cucumber salad and some normal salad. Very filling aswell although I did make enough for 1.5 servings each. - 2/27/11

This was so good! I was a little nervous about adding the lemon juice because I typically don't like lemon with my fish but it was great! I roasted some asparagus with some garlic on them...the perfect compliment to the fish hands down! - 2/9/09

I made it a second time & used Italian Seasoning in place of the Old Bay Seasoning & & used Italian herbs in place of the parsley. Still good. This is a super quick, easy & yummy dish. - 2/8/09
