Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. bisquick mis
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded cheese
    2 large eggs

Directions

6 servings in 9" pie pan.

Brown ground turkey and onion. Place into pie pan and top with cheese. In a seperate bowl, combine the milk, bisquick mix and eggs and pour into pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min.

    This recipe was awesome! I added drained chunky salsa and a small can of green chiles in with the meat mixture. Also used ground turkey instead of the beef. Then, topped with sliced tomatoes and black pepper. Yum! - 1/8/13

    My mom used to make this for us when we were kids, and it was just as good then as it is now. I rinse my beef, and use 2% cheese to reduce the fat. Great for a cold day, wonderful comfort food! - 11/23/08
