1 block soft tofu
1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
1 package vanilla Jell-O instant pudding
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup blueberries
Directions
Bake pie crust.
In a blender, combine the cold soy milk, tofu, and pudding mix. Chill until the pie crust is cooked and cooled.
Pour the pudding mix into the cooled crust.
Arrange the fruit in a fun pattern on top.
Set in refrigerator to chill until ready to serve.

I don't get it. SF pudding with Cool Whip?? Why waste berries on this chemical concoction? Cool Whip is mostly sweetened chemicals and trans fats!
