Tomato and feta together are the greatest! Very satisfying. I also added red onion and romaine lettuce. - 8/23/09

Great summer recipe! I added a Vidalia onion, and a little extra fresh basil. I had Greek dressing, but decided to go with the Italian this time. - 6/12/12

    Very Good
I made it with Vidalia Valley's Cucumber Dill dressing - only 60 calories for 2 tbsp, and it's the best dressing I've ever tried. This salad was very easy and very good. I think I only used half the cheese and half the dressing, which was plenty. In fact, probably could've cut the dressing in 1/4 - 8/5/08

My daughter makes a version of this that also has red onions and olives in it. I haven't tried it because I'm not a fan of olives or feta cheese, but she really loves it.
Add the cheese just before serving so it doesn't get mushy.
