I made it with Vidalia Valley's Cucumber Dill dressing - only 60 calories for 2 tbsp, and it's the best dressing I've ever tried. This salad was very easy and very good. I think I only used half the cheese and half the dressing, which was plenty. In fact, probably could've cut the dressing in 1/4
I also used fat free dressing. It's a terrific summer salad!
I used Fat Free dressing in mine. It was really good. Thanks for sharing.
