1/2 Packet organic instant oatmeal cooked in hot water
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Ground Flax Seed
1 Teaspoon Chocolate Soy or Whey Protien Powder
1 Teaspoon All Natural (no sugar) Peanut Butter
3-6 Ice Cubes
