Ingredients

    1 lb frozen boneless/skinless chichen breast
    1 can Fat Free cream of mushroom soup
    1 16 oz container of Fat Free sour cream
    1 envelope (1/2 if you prefer) Lipton dry soup mix

Directions

Place mushroom soup, sour cream and envelope of onion soup mix in the slow cooker. Mix well. Add frozen chicken. Cook in slow cooker for 7-9 hours.

Serving size: 1/2 chicken breast

    This was delicious! My kids loved it! I followed some other people here and only used 1/2 the onion soup and that was perfect! Also added a can of mushrooms - 1/11/10

    I recently got a crockpot and have been trying out a bunch of new recipes... this has been by far my favorite! It is sooo simple to make, and it is so creamy and filling, I forget that I am on a diet. I definitely think it will become a weekly meal... and it makes a ton of food! - 1/8/10

    AWESOME! I had to improvise- didn't have all of the ingredients. I put in 1/2 pack onion soup, 4 oz cream cheese,1/2 C white cooking wine, and 1 1/2 cans of cream of mushroom then added broccoli and mushrooms. Super yummy served over a small amount of egg noodles. 4 WW points w/out the egg nood - 5/6/12

    Not bad! I made a few small modifications (cut the chicken into cubes, added some garlic powder/pepper/celery/carrots, and only used 1/2 soup mix packet). I'm not sure the calorie count is right here (it seems like the original recipe only calls for one chicken breast;I used two). I'd make it again - 1/24/10

    I have made this in the past, gotthe recipe off that website a few years ago. Super simple and easy to make. I even made it for an ex-BF who loved it and he is sometimes picky with food. I would serve it over rice. Makes me want to make it again! - 12/16/09

    I used a can of ff cream of celery and then added a large can of sliced mushrooms. Served it all over egg noodles. My 4 & 5 year old kids don't like mushrooms much but they loved this. Will definitely make again. - 10/26/09

    Yum, made this today. I actually doubled up on the soup as I was concerned that the liquid would cook away as I knew it would be closer to 9 hours before anyone would be around to check on it. Turned out delicious, but barely had leftovers for my lunch tomorrow! - 1/6/14

    I will eat most anything- but this will be thrown out. It was tasteless.. I tried adding herbs and even some cajun seasoning- Nothing helped. Sorry just didn't like this at all. - 10/3/11

    I was looking for something easy and changeable, this was the ticket! I added sweet potatoes, asparagus and mushrooms! YUM! can't wait to try it with some other vegtables. I also saved the sauce thickened it with a little flour and used it the next night over wheat pasta! great! - 4/26/10

    It was good. I am going to figure out exactly how to cook the noodles with it giving them time to absorb the flavor instead of just serving the stroganoff on top of them. In the past I have used No Yolks noodles. Thank you for the recipe. - 1/23/10

    I'M GOING TO THAW AND CHOP THE CHICKEN AND SERVE IT OVER NOODLES. I THINK A LITTLE WINE WOULD MAKE IT TASTE MORE Strogonoffie. I DO AN ALMOST I DENTICAL RECIPE TO THIS WITH THE WHOLE BREASTS THAT MY PICKIE HUSBAND LOVES WITH OUT THE DRY SOUP MIX. I CALL IT CHICKEN WITH GRAVY (DONT MENTION SC) - 9/15/09

    I have made this recipe and it is great. For a little different taste instead of the sour cream put in 1/3 light cream cheese. I add 4 T. and I add a can of mushroms to it. mmmmmmmm - 12/15/08
