I love sangria but I would leave out the lemonade and the sugar and just let the fruit marinate for a long time. Maybe serve with some seltzer rather than the ginger ale. - 6/5/13

I've been so wanting a good Sangria. This sounds extremely close to the one my niece makes which everyone says is delicious, only I don't think she uses the blackberry. Can't wait to try it! - 6/5/13

Looks good! I would substitute the ginger ale with sparking or seltzer water and leave out the sugar. - 6/5/13

Having had some really good sangrias in the past, I would leave out the sugar, leave out the ginger ale, and leave out the lemonade. Serious calories and wayyy too much sugar for my liking. I would use the brandy instead of all of these. - 6/5/13

Hi! Haven't tried this yet. Do you think I could replace the white wine with something like sparkling grape juice or something? - 6/5/13
