Introduction

Ingredients

    1 10-oz package of frozen spinach
    1 tbsp Onion flakes or powder
    2 oz Low Fat Cheddar
    1 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
    A dash of cracked black pepper

Directions

Combine ingredients in a microwaveable bowl. Cook for three minutes on high in microwave. Drain any accumulated water and mix the ingredients. Microwave for another three minutes and serve.

    My husband & I loved this spinach. He traditionally enjoys spinach, so not a big shock with him. I loved it too - and I hate spinach. This is very tasty. We will definitely have it again...soon! - 7/27/08
