I made this tonight and it was great! I left out the flour as well and placed sweet maui onions in the bottom of the crock pot and added a little water to keep it from burning. The chicken was moist and had the best flavor all the way down to the bone! Thanks! - 5/4/09

Made for New Year's Day lunch. Sauce has great flavor! Not sure about the use of flour though. I coated the chicken as called for but it ended up kinda clumpy. Maybe I did something wrong. I'll definately make this again, but I'll omit the flour. Just seems like a waste of calories and carbs :) - 1/1/09

This was just ok, I love orange but didn't like the end flavor, maybe it depends on the bbq I used. Also, I didn't feel like there was enough sauce/liquid for the crock pot. - 11/15/08

I made this for my weight loss group and my 3 years old grandson wanted some before we left. He loved it as did my WHOLE group. My husband likes it too. I used boneless, skinless breasts instead. I will make it again! - 8/6/08

I have used chicken breasts, pork chops, and roast with this recipe. My family likes it served over brown rice. Love it love love it! I have also tried using almond flour to cut back on the carbs, it works but is expensive. - 8/3/08

the ingredients should list flour. i would have been very upset if i got home from buying the ingredients to read the directions and didn't have any flour! - 7/26/08

The orange marmalade flavor was overpowering and we just did not enjoy this one. Very disappointed after waiting on this one. - 1/23/13

I made this for the family. We shredded the chicken to make bbq sandwiches out of. It had pretty good reviews overall. - 5/28/11

Fabulous and super easy! (I did use boneless, skinless breasts instead of thighs.) - 4/16/10

I made enough for Mom and Dad and they like it too! The flavor is fresh, I used honey bbq sauce which added a nice hint of flavor.

We will be making it again.
