Made for New Year's Day lunch. Sauce has great flavor! Not sure about the use of flour though. I coated the chicken as called for but it ended up kinda clumpy. Maybe I did something wrong. I'll definately make this again, but I'll omit the flour. Just seems like a waste of calories and carbs :)
I have used chicken breasts, pork chops, and roast with this recipe. My family likes it served over brown rice. Love it love love it! I have also tried using almond flour to cut back on the carbs, it works but is expensive.
