Made my own taco seasoning for less sodium. Delicious!
Great idea made my taco seasoning to cut down on salt
Awesome. I use lower sodium taco seasoning to help reduce the salt. We will have this often.
Too much sodium but tasty
Used my homemade seasoning to reduce sodium, but very tasty.
Love this! It's a little spicy for my 6 year old, but it's a great recipe for dinner and then leftovers for lunch the next few days. The sour cream makes it seem decadent far beyond the calorie count would suggest. Thanks!!
This sounds fantastic! Someone has posted a recipe for a taco seasoning here in SparkRecipes that you can use instead of the packaged one. It has little or no salt, I can't remember which.
I made this on the crockpot. I sprinkled the taco seasoning on top (only half pkg) and added salsa to cook. Before serving I put each breast on a plate then mixed the sour cream w/salsa and spooned over chicken. Very good, but still a little salty. I am a little worried about the sodium content.
The taco seasoning made it a little bit salty for my husband and I - as we don't use a lot of salt, but otherwise it was FANTASTIC! Def. having again!
My husband who does not like "diet food" loved this! My kids ate and ate....Fabulous! This will definately be a staple in our diet...(I did however omit the taco seasoning and used garlic, cumin, paprika and chili instead as I have to watch my sodium)
