Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Great recipe, used no oil and sautéed garlic, Chilli paste and ginger first before the chicken. Also used cottage cheese -low fat- blended with the stock before adding the vege. Also added celery and corn :)
This was quick and yummy. Put it over wh. wheat noodles, with broccoli. Used yogurt and reduced fat cream cheese which I always have on hand.
Very good recipe though I had to doctor up the spices a bit. I added 1 tsp no salt seasoning and 1 tsp more garlic powder. The dill makes this dish, if you don't have fresh use dried. As another reviewer mentioned the amount of chopped onion is 1 cup. Very good will make again.
Yummy. Added a little more chicken broth when sauteeing the chicken and did the same when sauteeing the onion (which I put in first) and then added the mushrooms. Left out extra salt and didn't use the chicken broth forthe sauce. Would add more dill (dried) and granulated garlic next time.
Made it tonight. Quick once I had cut up chicken, onion & mushrooms. Very tasty, tho hubby wished it had more sour cream taste. I used Daisy low-fat sour cream, usually great, but might have let it simmer too long at the end. Served w/baked potato & brussells sprouts.
loved it! just don't forget that the chicken broth already has salt so perhaps you don't need to put more salt on top of that. anyway it was very yummy! thanks
Note to DIETINGAL. Yes, it appears she left Onions off the ingredients list, but I found something. If you click on "Ingredients Details" under the nutrition info, it lists the onions and calls for 1 cup. Just an fyi :0)
This is to die for... it really hit my creamy craving with very few calories! I did add a few tablespoons of lemon juice to the broth to give it a little more body. Deliciouso! This will go into the rotation... it's good enough to eat frequently.
