Meatloaf with Knorr Spring Vegetable Mix
This recipe is low carb as there are no bread crumbs. I recommend substituting using fresh, minced garlic when you can. I also sometimes add fresh chopped green onions (scallions). Note that you can reduce the garlic powder to 1/2 a tsp. When using fresh garlic, use a whole tsp or to your taste.
