Ingredients

    2.66lbs of Shady Brook extra lean ground turkey breast
    2 fresh eggs
    1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
    1 cup diced onion
    0.5 cup diced carrots
    Mushroom barley soup mix from King Arthur Flour, used dry into turkey mix

Directions

Mix up egg and broth, add the Mushroom soup mix to that and mix well.

roast the onion and carrots first, then add to the turkey and soup mixture. mix well with your hands.

shape into two mini loaves and we got 4 turkey burgers out of this.
Bake at 350 until done, probably about 40 minutes or so.
