THANK YOU!!! Terrific recipe. Everyone loved it. I tweaked it a bit (by adding 2 cans of mushroom soup as opposed to the celery and I added extra mushrooms and garlic powder). It was delicious and so addicting...in a good way. Thank you for sharing. I can't wait to make it again. - 1/13/10

I served this with the Minute long grain and brown rice mixed in. I used about 1/3 cup of water, since everyone said the sauce was too thin. It turned out great! This was very easy to make! - 9/30/09

This was so good! The sauce was a bit watery so we added some egg noodles! Delicious! Will definitely make this again sometime! - 6/21/09

We really enjoyed this meal. It reminded me of a stroganoff which I love. In fact, my friend added a dollop of reduced fat sour cream to hers. Awesome over egg noodles, but not bad over brown rice either. Thank you for sharing! - 11/18/08

Whole family liked this. It is definitely comfort food. Not a whole lot of depth of flavor, but a basic sturdy meal. Served over whole wheat wide noodles. I did add some flour to thicken the sauce. It was quite watery prior to that. Also added some fresh parsley at the end for color. - 2/26/10

Recipe is very simple to make and quite tasty. Pork fell apart it was so tender. Rather than trying to carve it, I pulled the pork and returned it to the gravy. Served it with cornbread stuffing, but would also consider trying it with rice. - 10/13/09

I made this tonight. It was great. The meat was so tender. But it's not low calorie enough for me. So I weighed everything and divided by 16. So I had half a serving. Will definitely make this again. - 9/30/12

I made my own cream of mushroom and celery bases because I didn't want all the sodium. Turned out great. Will def keep this in the rotation. - 9/26/11

This may be my new favorite recipe that I've found on this site. Every member of my family loved it. The sauce was incredible! I used 1/3 c of water instead of a full cup since people talked about it being too thin..and it was perfect! I also sprinkled garlic powder on the pork the night before. - 1/31/11

Whole family loved this dish! I substituted baby Bella mushrooms for onion, skim milk for the water and used 1/2 box Minute Rice Brown Rice in bottom of crock pot. If you add rice, be sure to spray the bottom of the crock pot with cooking spray first. - 1/30/11

DH and I liked this. I did reduce the water to 1/4 C. I also cooked it, thawed, for five hrs. on high. It was still firm and not dry. - 8/18/10

Quite enjoyed this recipe. The gravy this makes is delicious, but a bit thin to serve all on its own, so I pulled the pork apart into chunks and served this over baked potatoes. My husband even enjoyed it as leftovers -- which is rare for him. Thanks for the recipe! - 6/23/10

Whole family loved it, including my husbands grandparents and a 2 year old and a 4 year old. I used the recipe with two 1.5 oz pork loins that were pre-seasoned with season salt and pepper. Also, didn't have time to chop onion so just added dried chopped onion. There was nothing left. - 7/31/09

This recipe was OK. The creamy sauce was a little thin but the pork was tender and juicy. I will probably make this again. - 4/10/09

I make this a lot with just mushroom soup and extra mushrooms. I omit the soy sauce... too much sodium for us. - 8/9/20

I used 2 cans of cream of mushroom instead of the celery, I added a half box of brown rice to the bottom of the crockpot, and I used 1 cup of milk instead of water. I think with the added rice I should have added some water to thin everything more, and next time add more garlic and seasonings. - 4/4/16

Unfortunately I found this pork loin completely without any taste or flavor. Mine cooked on high and was done after six hours. The sauce was very thin and laden with the grease from the loin. My first real disappointment with spark recipes. I use a lot of them regularly and enjoy them. - 1/28/15

    O.K.
I followed directions, but it came out more a soup. The favor was good, and rice soaks it in. But I think I'll try without water next time. Maybe even bake it? After slow cooking the pork, it tasted more like chops than tenderloin. - 2/6/14

I wonder what the sodium content would be between the sohy sauce and the soups...but I'm totally making this tonight as my family would LOVE this... - 2/6/14

I decided to make this meal as it sounded so delicious ! The sauce came out amazing and so did the meat itself however I think the 8 hours is just way too long to cook a 2.5 lb pork tenderloin mine was completely shredded ( still good) but I wanted to cut it in slices :( Next I will shorten the time - 2/25/13

    O.K.
This was easy to prepare and not having to bake in the oven for an hour in the TX summer is a plus. However, it was bland--definitely needed more spices and something else--maybe the flavor of vegetables cooked with it? Kids didn't care for it much, I will not make again. - 8/14/08
