Ingredients

1 1/2 cups croutons, crushed
1/3 cup shredded parmesan
1 t dried parsley
1/4 t garlic powder
2 egg whites
1 T water
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Ranch dressing - for dipping
Directions
Mix crouton crumbs, cheese, parsley, & garlic powder together. In separte dish mix egg and water. Dip chicken in egg wash and then in crumbs. Lightly spray pan with no stick spray to prevent sticking if needed. Put on a baking pan and bake at 450 until done. 14 -16 minutes.

WOW!! This was incredible!!! I did not have croutons, so I used a few wheat Ritz crackers and added a touch of Italian seasoning. This chicken was so good AND so quick. I used thinly sliced chicken breast (came that way) from the local grocery and that made it even quicker. No sauce needed! - 10/9/19

My family really loved this recipe! I didn't have any croutons, but I did have Italian flavored bread crumbs that I used instead. The only thing I did have to do different other than that was I sprayed the pan with extra virgin olive oil because they started to stick. We will use this recipe a lo - 11/24/07
