This is a very easy and tastey recipe. It doesn't take long at all. I use store bough bread crumbs instead of crutons just because I have them on hand already. - 2/26/10

Love this! I used whole wheat Panko crumbs, and added some garlic pepper to them, in addition to the parmasan. Grated parmasan worked just fine. :) - 1/14/10

Good but you can 1/2 the dry parts for 1 pound of chicken. I had enough left over to make this two more times. :) - 11/3/09

WOW!! This was incredible!!! I did not have croutons, so I used a few wheat Ritz crackers and added a touch of Italian seasoning. This chicken was so good AND so quick. I used thinly sliced chicken breast (came that way) from the local grocery and that made it even quicker. No sauce needed! - 10/9/19

I used ketchup instead of ranch as a dip and loved it but I see people saying home made pizza sauce was great too so I'll be sure to try that next time I make it! - 11/28/16

Very nice! My first attempt in making something like this. These seem very similar to boneless, skinless chicken wing recipes I've looked up - which I need as an alternative during Football season while I make my low carb hubby regular wings! Used a light Ranch dressing from SPARK - 11/6/16

My family loves this!! I've fixed other "parmesan chicken" recipes, but we love this one best. Will most definitely fix it again. They are really crispy & great either with or without the ranch for dipping. - 1/17/09

Loved. Cooked in my toaster oven because I couldn't bare to turn on the oven in this heat. Did whole breast 30 mins. Recipe says "Makes 4 servings", Followed by "Number of Servings:6" Is it 4 servings or 6 servings? - 7/30/08

My family really loved this recipe! I didn't have any croutons, but I did have Italian flavored bread crumbs that I used instead. The only thing I did have to do different other than that was I sprayed the pan with extra virgin olive oil because they started to stick. We will use this recipe a lo - 11/24/07
