Very nice! My first attempt in making something like this. These seem very similar to boneless, skinless chicken wing recipes I've looked up - which I need as an alternative during Football season while I make my low carb hubby regular wings! Used a light Ranch dressing from SPARK
this is very yummy! I love chicken and am always looking for new ways to swicth it up. This is very good. You may want to spray chicken with no cal butter spray and then coat it. I also used reduced fat grated parmesan.
