Such a nice spin on zuccini for when you are sick of eating plain veggies. Next time we are going to try shredding it and maybe adding an eggwhite to bind the zuccini. delish! - 4/8/09

This was GREAT! I added some garlic like someone suggested earlier, and some basil. My husband loved it -his only complaint is that we didn't have more! - 11/11/09

I added a little bit of garlic to the butter and used Brummel & Brown instead of butter for a little extra savings on the calorie count. Forgot to microwave it and turned the heat up a tiny bit more. VERY tasty, though. - 10/16/09

This was very good and my son liked it. I didn't microwave the zuccini and slice 1/2 inch pieces so it would be firmer. Paired it with Sneaky Cabbage Rolls and wow what a combo. - 3/28/09

i made this dish last night to try and balance out my meal with a veggie. It went really well with the grilled chicken parm and whole wheat pasta that I made and my family all loved it. Perfect for zucchini lovers with just the right amount of flavor to keep it from being bland - 2/11/11
