Soooo good! I had to make seconds for my husband. I added some garlic salt to the butter like someone else suggested and it was amazing! Thanks. :)
I shredded the zucchini per farahmom....it was delicious! best of all.....so few carbs, fat or calories! it turned out a little too watery tho.....any suggestions on how to thicken it withhout adding flour or corn products????
I enjoyed the dish, and found it really sparkled with the addition of generous sprinkles of nutmeg, garlic & salt just prior to serving.
I added a little bit of garlic to the butter and used Brummel & Brown instead of butter for a little extra savings on the calorie count. Forgot to microwave it and turned the heat up a tiny bit more. VERY tasty, though.
