Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I haven't made it, but it sounds pretty good. I think I'd saute the veggies and shrimp in just a touch of oil and spices and then put it on a bed of spinach with a fat free dressing. I'm amazed at the "bad" ratings just because someone doesn't like peppers. Don't eat it if you don't like them!
I'm going to make this but I'm going to use the frozen bell pepper/onion mix and a fat free dijon viniagrette dressing to lower the fat count, the recipe is a good idea, I wouldn't have thought to add shrimp to these veggies!
