Clam Chowder - New England Style!
I watched this being made by a chef on food network's "Chefs at home" prepared for his wife. I do not remember the name of the chef. Only change I made was to use pre-cleaned raw clams while he bought and shucked his own, using the broth from it while I used herb ox broth or you can also use seafood stock. My friends loved it the first time I prepared and served with biscuits as he did. This is a great recipe for low fat, high protien but, Oh! so delicious New England style clam chowder that's easy and fast to prepare.Submitted by: NITAINMN
