Ingredients

    Sautee Red potatos in Pam until cooked, add 4 shallots and sautee until clear. In seperate pan sautee 6 chopped celery stocks and garlic in wohle package of fat free cream cheese until the celery is cooked and cheese is melted, add to the pot with potatos in it. Stir in 6 cans of chopped or minced clams with juice. Add 2 cups of fat free sour cream. Then stir in one jar of clam juice. Mix with a half gallon of fat free half anf half. Chop dill weed and add to pot, about 2 Tbls of dried dill can be used instead of fresh. Cook 2 slices of bacon to taste, chop and add to soup. Salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, tumeric, basil, & thyme to taste. Mix 1/4 cup corn starch with about 1/4 - 1/2 cup water well, add to soup when very hot, stir constantly for a minute to thicken the soup.

Directions

Makes about 15 1-2 cup servings, not certain because I have not measured it out, but it fills the biggest pot I have to the top.
