Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I need fast and efficient recipes. This one is great. I added shredded carrot and minced garlic to up the nutritional content. I made this for my elderly parents. They loved it! The cheese could be decreased to lower the sodium and fat and it would still be good.
This chowder was really good- I reduced the amount of onions and used Over The Moon Fat Free milk instead of skim- also used 1 cup of cheese and used some OL Bay seasoning(I am a MD girl) - it was good- will make again with more seafood:)
This is sooo good ,I used yams instead of potatoes so not sure of nutritional value.
Tried this recipe with 2 fillets of baked whitefish I had left over from dinner. YUM! I added carrots and substituted rice flour (to make it gluten free). Was a little bland tasting at end so added 1T basil and doubled the salt and pepper. Will make again thx!
This turned out awesome. I didn't have all the ingredients on hand but I made do. My father loved it too. He said excellent. I used one medium onion though and added some shredded carrot instead of celery. I also used small fresh shrimp instead of canned. Andd added some garlic to the onions.
This turned out really good. I added scallops instead of shrimp, since I had some of those in the freezer, and a little corn. I didn't add any salt at all. The house smells so good now!
I want to try this. How do I change nutrition facts if I add corn to the recipe?
