I absolutely loved these!! I used crushed red pepper instead of paprika because we didn't have any, and I also used the southwest chipotle Mrs. Dash instead of the regular... my husband and I love stuff spicy if you can't tell lol. Anyways they were great thanks so much for this awesome recipe!!! - 11/3/08

This reminds me of a recipe I got years ago from Mrs. Dash--it called for a melted stick of butter that you dipped the potatoes into. Then you covered them in cheese! Yikes! I switched it to Olive Oil Pam years ago and left off the cheese! Try "table blend" Mrs. Dash for a less overpowering taste. - 10/29/08

I hate potatoes, but I love them this way! I added all the spices to the bag and skipped the drying and olive oil part. I used garlic powder instead of salt for more flavor. The potatoes were completely coated with the seasonings on both sides. I made sure to broil until really crisp. Perfect! - 10/17/08

I make a similiar recipe based on one I found in Cook's Illus where the potatoes are tossed w/a little bit of garlic infused oil, then microwaved til somewhat soft (precook). Then they were tossed w/the rest of the seasoning and baked at high heat. I like to vary the spices & mix sweet potatoes in - 10/16/08

I would not make this again w/out measurments. I tried to eyeball the ingredients, but it was too much.
I am a presision cook. My husband makes fun of me because I measure everything. When I look at a recipe I need to know how much to use and how long cook. This was a good "conceptual" recipe. - 4/10/08

Thanks, though I'm not sure what you see, but the measurements are there?
