Ingredients

    3/4 c Frozen Blueberries
    3/4 c Skim Milk
    1/2 c Cold Water
    1/2 c Cottage Cheese (low fat)
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon-ground
    4 tsp Spenda

Directions

Makes 2 Smoothies:

Add the frozen blueberries, milk, water, cottage cheese, and 3-4 ice cubes to blender and process until smooth. Add vanilla, cinnamon, and Splenda and process until smooth. The ENJOY!!

    I just put blueberries, vanilla protein powder, 1 oz. cream cheese & along with water & ice. Or you can use half-n-half or heavy whipping cream instead of cream cheese. - 6/20/12

    This is so good When I want ice cream this is what I have. I use different fruit.Just adjust calories by the different fruits you may use. Blueberry and mixed berries are the best. - 2/25/12
