Ingredients

1 Cup Lite non dairy instant powdered coffee creamer
    1 Cup Splenda
1 Cup Lite hot chocolate mix
1/2 Cup instant coffee decaf or regular
    1/2 tsp. Cinammon
    1/4 tsp. Nutmeg

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together and store in an airtight covered container. Add 1 to 2 TBS to hot water for a yummy drink to take the chill off. Makes a nice home made gift when given in a quart jar with a bit of ribbon and a label with instructions/recipe.

I assume you reconstitute the mixture and froth it to make cappuccino. Otherwise it's cafe au lait. - 10/23/18

I look forward to making this. I drink cappeccino everyday and could use one with less calories and carbs. I've become addicted as I don't drink regular coffee. - 1/16/11

    Incredible!
I have been making this for a long time. I use flavored creamers - Amaretto is very good. I put the coffee crystals in a food processor for a few seconds, then add the remaining ingredients. - 2/1/10
