Introduction

Fast and healthy, You can also use fresh chicken and beans. You can use 1 tbsp olive oil instead of butter. I used butter because of the taste. If you add some bread and a mixed salad there is enough for two persons. Fast and healthy, You can also use fresh chicken and beans. You can use 1 tbsp olive oil instead of butter. Sounds good, but I would only make with fresh green beans as I just don't like the texture and flavor of frozen green beans. I would also likely substitute olive oil for the butter. Save a couple of calories. - 10/3/08
