Meat didn't absorb the balsamic flavor. Cooked exactly as recipe directed. Husband agreed it was just so-so. - 10/27/08

Already added it to my book...AMAZING! I used boneless pork ribeye loin (it was cheaper). I basted every 5 minutes. It was amazing I live alone and so I usually cook and take leftovers for lunch all week. I brought extra for the girls in the office to try and they all went home with the recipe! - 1/7/11

This turned out great! I had 2.5 lbs of pork tenderloin, so I dbled the sauce. Added garlic powder before searing, and tossed sliced mushrooms and onion in before roasting. I cooked them for more like 45 minutes. Served with baked sweet potatoes and steamed broc/cauli. Kids/adults loved it! - 4/15/10

Very tasty. I used boneless pork chops instead of pork tenderloin. I made the mistake of cooking the chops for the length of time stated for the tenderloin instead of reducing the time. As a result, they came out a little dry. The next time I will reduce the frying time as well as the baking time. - 4/15/10

Wonderfull flavor! Instructions are not clear what to do after browning. We just poured the balsamic sauce over the browned meat in the frying pan for one min and then transfered it all to a tin foil lined pan to bake for 20 min. The end result is a med-well done meat. None the less YUMMY! - 11/1/09
