    1 cup Imitation crab
    5 strips yellow bell pepper(diced)
    1/4 cup diced red onion
    2 tbs light mayonaise
    Combine all ingedients in a bowl, chill for an hour.

    Serve on Whoe wheat bread or Whole wheat crackers

    I agree with JUST_BECAUSE that it's best with substituted Miracle Whip Free! Crab salad for me isn't complete without some finely diced celery, either, so I added it. - 3/23/07

    I love making this dish. We often dip raw veggies into it as our dinner. You can add a little zing to this by using 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. of horseradish. - 8/27/09

    I made this but substituted miracle whip free for the light mayo (because I like the zip) and it is a great alternate to my favorite seafood salad that I always buy from the seafood department at my store. This has way less calories and fat and taste very good. - 3/20/07
