Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I enjoyed the crab salad, however I used nonfat plain yogurt instead of the light mayo and ate it on a big bed of lettuce.
I made this but substituted miracle whip free for the light mayo (because I like the zip) and it is a great alternate to my favorite seafood salad that I always buy from the seafood department at my store. This has way less calories and fat and taste very good.
Substitute fat free plain yogurt for the mayo and save even more calories
