Introduction

Number of Servings: 21

Ingredients

    1 cup while flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp baking powder
    3/4 cup splenda
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds (unsalted)
    1/2 cup hulled millet
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1 cup oatmeal
    4 eggs
    2 cups mashed ripe bananas
    1 cup apple sauce
    1/2 dried cranberries

Directions

Mix dry ingredients well in bowl. In separate bowl mix wet ingredients. Add dry to wet mixing until just combined. Stir in sunflower seeds.
Evenly distribute between 21 greased muffin tins.
Cook for 30 mins at 350

    I'm not exactly sure what millet is either....but it's yummy! i found it near the sesame seeds and the sunflower seeds.

    I found the hulled millet at our local health food store. Once I saw it there, I noticed it at the local grocery store too. it was with sesame seeds and sunflower seeds.....stuff like that.

    Thjis was a recipe that I made for Sunday Bruch. All my family liked these muffins, and wanted the recipe. My daughter iiiiiwho is a finiky eater couldn't tell that they were made with Splenda. - 11/11/08
