Ingredients

    Green Beans (snap) 1lbs
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Red Onions - 1 medium
    Red Gold Diced Tomatoes - 14.5oz can
    Water 1/2 cup
    Salt
    Pepper, black,
    Basil, 5 leaves

Directions

Prep -
Snap or cut ends off beans and wash with cold water.
Thinly slice red onion.

Cooking:
Heat oil in skillet add onion and cook 5-6 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook over moderate heat 6-8 minutes. Stir in water. season with salt and pepper. stir in beans. Cover and cook on medium for 15-20 minutes or until tender. servers 4
