This was so delicious! I didn't expect yogurt and chicken to be a good combo, but it is.

Made a few changes. Added 1/4 c of diced cantaloupe, 1/2 c quartered strawberries, and an additional 2 oz. of yogurt. Also used 5 oz. of grilled chicken instead of canned chicken.

I love how it's so versitile! I think my fave is blueberries and almonds. Glad you like it!

I made this a little different using ingredients I had on hand. Since I didn't have any grapes, so those were skipped and substituted dried cranberries. Kept the rest, and wrapped it all up in a whole wheat tortilla and a slice of swiss cheese warmed on the tortilla. Yummy! - 12/31/17

This looks great...I'm so glad someone else used yogurt! lol I just had to leave the nuts out of a portion for my daughter. - 8/1/12

I make this for any festival my organization hosts, so I leave the nuts out for that because of all the folks with allergies. It still always does well.

Great combination! And extra fruit to boot! , but if, like me, you use chicken made and spiced for a different recipe, ummm.. be careful. LOL! I will make this again with PLAIN chicken :) - 5/7/11

LOL, yes, I can imagine that spiced chicken would be, um, interesting. ;) Let me know what you think with plain chicken.

Made it for a teachers' luncheon and they absolutely loved it. Everyone asked for the recipe. I will definitely make this again. Thank you:) - 3/23/11

How WONDERFUL! I come from a long line of teachers, even went to college for it myself before I left to have my daughter. Hat's off to you all for your hard work. Glad they liked it!

Can't wait to try this! Our local grocery store deli offers some with grapes and pecans, but it's 360 calories for 4 oz. and has 32 grams of FAT. I just tried chicken salad on an English muffin with raisins and it was AWESOME! - 8/11/10

I hope you got to try it. :D Definately better than 32 grams of fat. ;)

I have never been able to eat chicken salad since I am allergic to mayonnaise. Glad to find this recipe and when the fruit & nuts are diced well, it is very lapband friendly. Note to self: Do not use yogurt with nutrasweet again! - 6/17/10

I'm glad this was helpful to you. :)

I avoid yogurt (or anything else) with artificial sweeteners. My doc doesn't want me having them.

Hope things are going well with your lapband.

I've been using yogurt to replace a lot of things, it takes some getting used to, but is really good! I'm happy you found it appetizing!

I ate it like a side dish. I had to have 1.5 servings as the 1 serving was just not enough for me. It was good...the chicken flavor mixed with the yogurt and grape flavor rather well...different, but yummy. - 3/19/09

I started making it with blueberries & almonds as a variation. Also very yummy!

I'm so thrilled that folks like my recipe enough to comment on it & add it to their cookbooks. Thanks everyone!
