Can't wait to try this! Our local grocery store deli offers some with grapes and pecans, but it's 360 calories for 4 oz. and has 32 grams of FAT. I just tried chicken salad on an English muffin with raisins and it was AWESOME!
this was a very yummy lunch and so easy to make! i added a little bit of celery salt to give it some celery flavor, but next time i think i will just used chopped celery :)
