Ingredients

    1 Cup Water
    1 Cup Sugar
    1 bag whole fresh cranberries

Directions

Makes 12 servings.

Bring water and sugar to a boil. Add cranberries and boil again. Turn heat to medium and simmer for 5 minutes. Let cool and serve.

    Bought the fresh cranberries 'cause they were on sale for 50 cents a bag. First time I've ever made cranberry sauce. I added a dash of nutmeg & some raisins. We may never have canned cranberry sauce again! - 12/28/09
