I added grated carrots (and have added corn); Also to increase fiber added bran (and no one knows its there), and used BBQ sauce on top, instead of Ketcup. MMM good. - 12/4/08

I tried the recipe tonight and thought it was awesome. The only thing I'd modify is topping it off with ketchup as marybarber said. Thanks Sandy! - 12/6/08

This is how I've always made my meatloaf, good to know I'm on track. It;s great with the catsup as a topper for the last 10 minutes of cooking - 12/3/08
