Introduction
I am so in love with vegetables that’s why I thought of concocting this one. A perfect side dish for grilled fish or chicken and a welcome dish at any picnic but sometimes I take this as my complete meal anytime of the day. It’s easy to prepare and nutritious! This sounds delicious. I am going to try it. Im diabetic, so do you think maybe I can use Splenda instead of sugar? - 12/29/08

Honestly, I have never tried using Splenda. But maybe you can try by diluting it to the vinegar. Or perhaps a little sugar will not be that bad for you, right? Lol
