Ingredients

    1.5 lbs of extra lean ground beef
    1 egg
    .75 cup of rolled oats
    .5 cup of ketchup
    garlic powder, parsley, oregano to taste or preference

Directions

Combine everything into a bowl and mix. Leave .25 cups of ketchup aside for later. Once everything is mixed well put into a loaf pan. Once you have formed the loaf pour the remainder of the ketchup onto the top of it before baking. Put into the oven at 400 degrees F and bake for 50-60 minutes.
