    Very Good
Husband and I loved it - Instead of topping the potatoe halves with the steak etc. I scooped out the potato and mixed it together and refilled, like a twice baked potato. I could only eat half with a side of grilled asparagus. Very yummy! - 3/5/09

    Good
Tried this for lunch-- tastes good! I used a bit of ranch dressing instead of the sour cream, and omitted the margarine. 2 oz. of steak was plenty. Top with green onions for an extra flavor boost. - 2/12/09

You're right, this is enough for 2 people. It's very filling, you probably won't be able to eat the whole thing. My husband does, but I can't eat it all.
