We loved this. I cut the pork chops up into small pieces and it was so tender it melted in your mouth. I also added fresh green peppers and onions. This was wonderful. My 6 year-old even liked the meat and he doesnt normally eat meat without a fight. - 9/5/07

Not a big pork chop fan, but this was delicious! I cut the chops into chunks before putting in the slow cooker. Used steamed fresh asparagus and brown rice as sides. It was a healthy, savory, flavorful meal (that my husband actually liked!) Thank you for posting the recipe! - 11/18/07

Easy! Very good light tasting pork chops. We did a vegetable medley side and whole grain bread for a healthy meal. - 3/18/07
