    Very Good
This is a very simple, healthy, and delicious recipe. I was pleasantly surprised. I think next time I may add some plain cabbage just to balance out the saltiness and sweetness of the other ingredients. - 7/29/10

Was looking for something different yesterday. Was very easy to make and was a big hit with the family. Did not have apple juice, used pineapple instead. This is one my easy list. - 3/30/09

    Incredible!
Delicious and a great way to get your fruits & veggies! I added some salt (turned out not to need it) and pepper (added a kick!). Thanks so much for posting this. - 2/28/09
