Delicious, totally healthy and easy. They look and smell like regular waffles. I freeze the batch then toast them in the morning. Great source of protein. The only thing I did was put the ingredients in the blender before cooking to make a smooth batter. - 12/18/11

I have made this twice in the last week. The first time we liked it so much I doubled it and made it again last night! Only added garlic and it was perfect! - 6/16/20

    Incredible!
It's a weekend staple. I use it for a carb up day. I hate cottage cheese, but you would never know it's in there. They taste as good as any wheat flour waffle. - 8/24/12
